1. About This Site

Minig(ai)mes ("the Site") is a collection of browser-based games served as static HTML files. Access is free. The Site is operated by an individual based in the European Union and is therefore subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking Accept All Cookies on the consent banner you confirm that you:

• are at least 16 years old (or have obtained parental consent where your country requires a higher age),
• have read and agree to these Terms and Cookie Policy, and
• consent to the use of cookies and browser storage as described below.

If you decline consent, access to the games is not available.

3. Cookie & Storage Policy

We use two categories of browser storage technology:

3a. Functional Storage First-party

The Site stores game data locally in your browser using localStorage. No data is transmitted to any server.

These keys are stored only on your device and are never sent to any external service.

3b. Advertising Cookies Third-party

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google may set cookies and use device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your browsing activity.

• EU data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject in the EU/EEA you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data held about you.
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). For localStorage data, you can delete it yourself at any time via your browser's developer tools or site settings.
• Withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
• Lodge a complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain: aepd.es).

6. How to Withdraw Consent

To reset your consent and clear stored game data:

1. Open your browser's developer tools (F12).
2. Go to Application → Local Storage → [this site's URL].
3. Delete the keys listed in section 3a, or click Clear all.
4. Reload the page — the consent banner will reappear.

7. Intellectual Property

All game code, graphics, and text on this Site are the property of the operator unless otherwise noted. You may not redistribute, copy, or modify the games without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
